This is a website offering online medical consults for medical cannabis to patients 21 years and older, with a qualifying medical condition. The qualifying medical condition will have already been diagnosed or will be diagnosed during the online consult with a board-certified autonomous family nurse practitioner in Virginia using face-to-face video visits in compliance with VA law. Apps that may be used during consults include Zoom & Doximity.

Who can get a medical cannabis certificate?
A patient who has received a written certification from a medical practitioner who has determined the patient has a condition or a disease that would benefit from the use of medical cannabis.

Must have a valid Government issued ID for medical certificate- VA drivers license or state ID.
